Dray nori and sushi..help?
Monday, March 8th, 2010If you have a dry pack of nori… do you wet it a little bit before making sushi?
Nope, add the rice, the moisture from the rice will dampen the nori, the only time you need water is to make the final seal after you have wrapped the sushi.
Went to the local Asian food market in Newport News and plan to visit it again once I learn what I need to cook a great Asian meal. The people working there spoke very little English so communication was a bit hard for someone totally lost like myself.
